EMPLOYEES! Meet Employee Alumi #1! Joe from San Francisco see what Joe had to say about his BIG BOY days below pix. THANKS JOE! "Wow! I just viewed your Bob's Big Boy page. What a trip down memory lane! I worked at Bob's #1 on Colorado Boulevard in 1971-1972. I started out as a lot attendant (for the D.I.) and then worked the "window" as a fountain boy. I ended up as "top cook" on the breakfast shift before I left. I saw your posting of the breakfast menu -now that really brought back memories. I'll never forget having to memorize the menu by 'numbers' ... Let's see, uh, didn't the odd numbers have hashbrowns? Or was it pancakes? Do you ever see any of the old timers from that period? I remember working with Elmo Geoghegan Jr, Bob Skillsky, Penny Mitchell, H.A. Martin and his two sons, Louie Fierro, and Don Fagan and his wife and son Van. Sometimes I have to laugh remembering my stint for Bob's! They taught me a strong work ethic. Again, thanks for your homepage. You really brought back long-ago thoughts! Regards, Joe"
