Everyone has a reason to not be annexed from taxation without representation
to the taxes, permits, fees, garbage collection rules, and raising response times of services from
current out-of-city levels could bankrupt your business or home.
Urbanites should not want to share their police, fire, ambulance, and road repair
services they have been waiting for with a new area the first day of annexation. Increasing response times for all.
