"February 13---Ten years ago I would never have walked into something like this. A bear trap so poorly camouflaged a child would have seen it but I didn't. I pried it open and got my leg out but there was no way I could make it back. I was prepared to die out here. And to be honest, I felt I deserved it. A man gets too old for a job he should know it, and stop. But then Buck found me. I don't know how. No one knew where I was going but he found me and carried me back. Three days over terrain a mule couldn't navigate. Laughing his ass off the entire way. Riding like that, completely helpless, slung over Buck's shoulder and staring down his back I came to understand two things. One, at a certain point in life a man's hips spread and two, there's a very easy way to define friendship. A friend is someone who won't stop until he finds you and brings you home."

2). His FIRST appearance on the show was in episode "GenderBender", as a surviving victim.
3). Nick went on to play Victor in the John Woo series "Once A Thief". There is an episode that has a pair of Scully/Mulder look-alike FBI agents. Victor calls the male agent "Spooky", and the agent responds "Who are you calling Spooky, RATBOY?" (or maybe it was "Don't call me Spooky, Ratboy!")

Television has made dictatorship impossible, but democracy unbearable.

Question:
Do you think Canadian actor Mike Myers (Austin Powers, Wayne's World) ever got picked on as a kid for having the same name as the killer in "Halloween"?

It's disappointing that while Hollywood is obsessed with sequels, most sequels fail to do justice to the original. This seems to hold especially true for horror movies.
For example, "A Nightmare On Elm Street" is actually a fairly good, suspenseful, serious horror movie. The sequels, however, made the character of Freddy somewhat of a joke who does nothing but crack one-liners and try to come up with new ways to slash people.

Stardom greats I've followed closely
Closer than the nearest heartbeat
Longer than expected -- they were great --
Oh love oh love just to see them
Acting on the silver screen, oh my
Clark Gable, Fairbanks, Maureen O'Sullivan
Fantasy would fill my life and I
Love fantasy so much
Did you see in the morning light
I really talked, yes I did, to God's early dawning light
And I was privileged to be as I am to this day
To be with you. To be with you

(According to SCREAM)
There are certain RULES that one must abide by in order to successfully survive a horror movie:
#1. You can never have sex. Sex equals death.
#2. You can never drink or do drugs. It's a sin. It's an extension of number one.
#3. Never, ever, ever -- under any circumstances -- say "I'll be right back", 'cause you won't be back.
Okay. That seems to make sense.
But here's my question:
What happens to a virgin who says "I'll be right back"?
Okay. Everyone can recall either a film class or a literature class where a film or book had to be picked apart for an assignment.
You had to look deep into every word/gesture to find hidden meanings and symbolism.
I always had a laugh at that, since I figured that most authors/directors didn't actually mean for most of what we could find in their work!
Anyway, I dug up some of my old film critiques to post here for your enjoyment. So.... ENJOY!
