The hollow echo of
willow tree branches,
sound in the inhuman
ear.

The moon reflects
the white skin
and the lone blood
tear.

He climbs the wall
to her window,
She the nite's
flower.

Silently creeping
in as the clock
strikes the
hour.

With an unheard
step, he walks to
her bed, to carress her
cheek.

She shivers and
moans though she
is deep in
sleep.

He bows down
his head to meet
her pulsing
flesh.

Mouth to neck
together the
to are
meshed.

Her golden skin
turns white
as he takes her
life.

And unto the
nite he takes
his Vampire
wife.

''That Day"

beneath a starry sky i crept
beneath a willow tree i wept
and lay there still as dead i slept
until the break of day.
my body felt the pain race through
there was nothing left for me to do
but lay there as the life withdrew
from my heart that day.
my soul knew only love for him
so pure and bright that none can dim
but for a dark Fate's cruel sweet whim
that ripped my heart that day.
it left me cold and hollow there
my soul wrenched open, cool and bare
my body living aware
that life went on that day.
i feel his breath against my cheek
a sweet Love gone i cannot keep
him near to me the pain so deep
crumbling that day.

Ancient Song, Ancient Cry..
By: OakSpirit

If you listen closely, you will hear my Ancient Song...
The lyrics of heartaches, loneliness and bnashing the wrong..
A song with footsteps from many yesterdays,
Comforting and helping, those who have gone a stray.
A Wanderers Life, where no place is home,
*Sighs Softly* The Wanderer is left to walk a lone.
Content with the whole and what it contains,
Soft trials of tears of what has remain.
Embedded, drilled and tattooed in our heart,
Illusions of memories from all those whom we have part.

Ancient Cry, from all the life force that has danced in our blood,
Haunting every second, every moment from all those we once loved.
“Love” spoken softly ::with tears in her eyes::
Is only an emotion for those who believe they can fly.
A Wanderer, An Ancient can feel so beyond,
Within their veins the history lays, hidden from the sun.
Our truest companion lays beneath the Moon’s Rays..
Withering loses is the price we have to pay.
I have become a part of everyone..everything..yet nothing at all,
For the moment I sit cloaked within the heart of my hall...
Watching, waiting, for the gathering..to take place,
Of all the Ancients with their warmest embrace.

If you listen closely you can “feel” my Ancient Song,
The lyrics of heartaches, loneliness and bnashing the wrong..
Is all of this nothing more then a curse?
Can someone please tell this Ancient how it could be worst..
Flooded with memories of so much pain,
Or is this it, I have gone completely insane?
You can not hide from me, I am everywhere in the shadows, in the dark.
Tis the Ancient way, Tis our truest mark.
Did we ask for this, for this, for this...way of life,
To always battle, and reward you with this erotic bite?
We give, we take....we devour your fears,
::lowers her head:: with blood trails of tears.
The Ancient Song of The Ancient’s cry...
Rest now my childe, for the sun will soon to rise.

The Unraveling of an Eye
by Tony Sokol
212-726-1821

I used to float, and time and space
meant nothing. When I looked beyond the face
that blinded me, then I saw
the land that cried because the law
had restrained us, had held us dead.
It restrained us in our heads.

Now my body's dead and I've gone blind,
there's nothing left me but my mind,
and for eternity, in this one spot,
I have to witness my own brain rot.
I cannot move, nor scream, nor turn:
I wish I'd had my body burned.

Too many friends
by Tony Sokol

I look around myself, sometimes, and see
the corpses of some people that I love.
When they talk to me I realize
they're only a step away from life
and they choose to remain corpses.
Too many friends are dead inside
they kid themselves that that is what they want,
and the only justification I can make is that
dead flesh feels no pain.

I Saw You
by Tony Sokol

I saw you
as if through a lens that had been pulled out
as if through one pupil shared by the two of us
as if through your eyes looking at me through mine
I saw you.

And I heard you
I heard your voice
I didn't respond
I couldn't respond
I was afraid
I was afraid of you

And I was afraid
I felt a buzz,
like the wings
of a billion flies
inside my head
behind my eyes
and they told me
this might be the time
they wouldn't go away.

My thoughts, Your face.
by Tony Sokol

You can hear me, can't you?
I know you can.
Every time I think your name
you look around.
Every time I see your face
in my mind
you hear my name.
Every time I feel sad
you look away.

Night Flying

Floating into the night,
With no wings to carry me.
Ethereal body gliding
On the warm breeze.
Riding the wind,
Searching for blood.
Someone to give their life
To sustain me.
Floating from place to place,
Seeking the one.
The one to give his life to me,
To fly with me.
The one to hunt with me,
To keep me warm,
To keep me company in this.
This endless existence.
A dark man, I'll know him.
Searching the night,
To find him somewhere.
He is out there, I know,
And he will be mine,
The one to ride the clouds with me,
Forever, together.

LET ME...

Let me take you in my arms
Your skin is soft and warm
You're so nice to hold
I'd like to take you whole

My needs are not sexual
As you see, I'm no mere mortal
I'll offer you eternal pleasures
No petty life, no half measures

Claws are not meant to be kind
They pierce your skin then hack your mind
Tender muscles filled with hot blood
I'll lose myself in that gorgeous flood

I'm the Lady of a Night so deep
The Queen of Eternal Sleep
I'll give you everlasting pleasure
As pain is my most precious treasure

Alex's Lament (From My Book 'Looking For Death..Alex')
This Mortal man did wonder,
And this Mortal man did find
The Fantasy he'd been searching for,
Within his Mortal Mind
And now he is a Master,
The Victims soon shall see'
That the Shadow bearing down on them,
Is the Darker side of 'Me'
Yes my name is Darkness,
And a Vampire is my Form
But I feel for those I feed upon,
Bring them Sleep, keep them Warm
And when I was a Mortal man,
No Feelings taunted me,
But now I am a Vampire,
Those feelings are set free
I'd killed before my Making,
And smiled upon the Corpse
Now I lay them gently down,
And suffer from Remorse
But if I could have the choice again
To be a Mortal Man,
I'd decline the Invitation
And stay just how I am.

To My Beauty.......
Bless you as you walk through this momentary world,
Pause to capture the essence of the souls that pass you by,
Savor all the sensations within your touch and taste and fill your ears with the sweet sounds of life,
Fill your nights and days with every aroma that is this world.....
Fleeting though it may be,
To you but a shimmer in the eons that has become your collection of cherished time...

You have heard of me, but think me fiction.
a tale to frighten children.
But I am as real as this world we live in.
For you are my prey, and I'm damned to feed
on you.
I can make myself desirable or feared.
I see things a mortal cannot. I have the power
to give everlasting life, or death.
But I must live in the shadows lest I am discovered
Yet I fear nothing, but my own remorse.
I am damned to live and never die.....but to live
I must kill. I know not heaven or hell. I am cursed.
I am a vampire. And I go on.

i rise from the dead
my skin pale white
i have become a beast of great strength
i am a vampire

i am among the children of the night
seeking places to hide when the sun comes over the hills
i must replenish my awsome strength with the taste of a mortals blood
i am a vampire

i shall only die when decapitated by another
i will fight strong to keep living my great life as a vampire
i never again shall see sunlight
i am a vampire

MoonChild's Song (the Vampyre's prayer)
The darkest day is still
a burning fire, too bright.
Much more do we all
relish the cool kiss of night.

When hearing the words
of day-spawned fools.
We darker hearts and souls
long to drink of gloaming pools.

Comfort's sought during evening,
the blessings of Luna's breath.
Driving out all Sol's stinging
with a single shadow's caress.

And only in the purest night,
far from Sol and his rays.
Below Luna, full and bright,
we find peace, quiet there.

The sun's child does not pray,
lost instead in childish play.
Silver Luna, at end of day,
words of praise, hears sun-child say.

Unbound by Sol, the "beasts" prowl
and we, among them, safely pass.
Among them we are, yet do not growl
as peace we seek, with harmless hearts.

Final rest comes, we do not fear
yet never it welcomed, came.
The scent of Death, whenever near
we follow, its source we seek.

Those final days, when you they take
oh child of sun, go calm, content.
We shall this earth keep, to remake
into our land and fear, too, shall die.

For fear of harm, we've hid our
heads and huddled, witless.
Now naught scares us, we do not cower
in the shade, we simply witness.

Sun-child this earth demeans
and finally, shall leave nothing green.
But Luna's children it redeems,
and with her blessing, make it clean.

Thunderstorms of tears,
A hail storm of kicks and punches,
And a slight sprinkle of high pitched screams
They will do nothing to help him, He should of listened....
Should listened when I told him nothing is what it seems
I am used to watching him at nite,
In the window, Against the star's light
My green eyes glowed
As he showed
How trusting he was to all in this land as to leave his
curtains open as wide as he can.
I've waited a month now, to get him just right
I can't wait no longer, tonite must be the nite,
To embrace him,
To face...
Perhaps I will have to chase him ::chuckle::
Only to Taste him, The Warm blood from his virgin body,
Thats all I am hungry for,
No less, No more
I can feel the hour approching....
My snow white fangs now are now aching in agony but I'm waiting for just the right moment,
To Decend into the Dark & To make upon his neck my puncture wound mark
So let this be a warning, that this is only the beginning of
A long and lasting trail of how much of my heart has
been swallowed by wine red fire,
But you know I cannot help it,
I am am after all a Vampyre
