...As an ON-LINE selection and registration form submission system.
You may start at the Program Costs page
and select the class you wish from the cost list. That selection will
take you to that item in the list of
delivery locations sorted by class name.
From there selecting a delivery location will jump to the
Schedule By Location list at that location.
Finally, check off the class at that location and click on "Fill out Form
and Submit Request" selection located at the top or bottom of each location,
and fill out the form and send it using the SEND button.
If more than one class is desired at this location, use the Browser's BACK
button to return to this list and form and use the "Return to State Selection"
item at the top of the form to go back to that state and pick another class.
Repeat this process for all classes desired and submit a form for each.
The data you put into the form the first time should still be there.
...As an off line system, you may print the registration form from
the FAXable registration form screen using your
browser's File - Print selection and, if you wish, you may also print
the class list by selecting from the printable
price list or the schedule by location list.
