2001 Oregon Autocross Schedules

There are events in Portland, Salem, Eugene, and Medford from about March to October.  The Mustang SVO in 2000 is classed in F Stock, E Street Prepared, or C Prepared depending on modifications.  If you have never autocrossed before, you really should give it a try.  There is no special equipment required.  During the tech inspection, they will check for fluid leaks, secured battery, wheels and wheel bearings tight, tires in good condition, return spring on throttle, brake pedal, seat belt, and a helmet (loaners are usually available).

There is a SCCA proposal to move the SVO back to G Stock in 2001.  From the latest SportsCar, it looks as though the proposal for the SVO to go to G Stock has been approved.  I sent the proposal to SCCA back in Nov. 99 I think.
