Power Competition Cars and Equipment
We build excellent equipment prepared to compete in Sports car racing
throughout the United States and Canada.
If you need an updated body, engine installed,
or just preparing your car for the next GT1 and V8Stockcar, race,
we can do so.
We can build a new car to your specifications and desired
equipment. We are here to please, help, and assist any driver with the
deep desire to get out there and do it. In
1975 Race
Power became part of the racing scene. GT1
Regional or National racing is and always has been one of the biggest
thrills any true racer can have. For those lucky enough to graduate into
the a Professional Series, GREAT GOING, YOU'VE ACCOMPLISHED SOMETHING
THAT ONLY A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF DRIVERS DO!

Car
1: This car is the ex-Paul Gentilozzi, Johnny Miller
Corvette.
Race Power has the
Johnny Miller (Smiley face) Corvette. This car is a TransAm winner of
the 2000 San Diego Race, season finale. Finished second at Cleveland and Texas.
Posted five top-10 finishes.
Finished seventh in the Drivers Championship. Won the pole at Sebring and Road
America. Was a fast five qualifier in eight of the 12 rounds this season.
This was built by Pratt/Miller.
Car 2: This
car is a Rocketsports Camaro as built for Paul Gentilozzi in TransAm.
Built for and driven by Paul Gentilozzi for
TransAm racing, and was maintained and prepared by Rocketsports. This
car has had a TransAm fast five shootout win and some poles. It makes a perfect
Vintage car because of it's history, now that Paul is the TransAm winning record holder of 30
wins. This car has been sitting for 7 years but is still prepared and ready to race.

These cars are complete and ready to compete in any SCCA GT1, or
Vintage race. Both cars have Hewland 5 speed gearboxes,
310 professional race engines, carbon fiber interior and exterior, BBS
wheels, fitted with cooling gear, stainless steel headers, Alcon Brakes,
Penske shocks, Strange aluminum center sections, Detroit locker, ATL
fuel cells, dry brake, duel MSD ignitions, front and rear adjustable
sway bars, Heat exchange oil coolers, Team Tech seat and belts, Kevlar
body, carbon fiber rear wings, Titanium firewall and heat shields,
aluminum drive shafts, center lock wheels, and Tilton triple plate
clutches. Top of the line craftsmanship on all cars.
Gerre
created these roof louvers for his car. The fumes and heat in the
cockpit began making him sick during his races. Not wanting to cause a
altercation while on the track, he decided to do something about it. The
cockpit temps dropped almost 50 degrees and the fumes were eliminated.
As
you can see they not only work, but look pretty darned good too. AGT approved
these last year, SCCA
has approved these louvers for GT1 cars and will be in the 2006
GCR rule book. email Racepower@aol.com
