Welcome
to Red Earth Crow's Gallery of Native American art and visionary
thought.
C.A.
"Crow" Cooper has always created her works by listening to the
trees, listening to the winds, and listening to her ancestors.
Crow has spent most of her life rehabilitating animals that have either
found their way to her on their own, or been brought to her by friends
and neighbors and specifically equines. One of Crow's most
extraordinary rehab animals was a five hour old colt that ended up being
an incredible friend and inspiration. Crow raised the colt that
eventually became known as "Ten Hands" the trick horse and
research equine that helped launch new products in alternative therapies
for horses suffering from ailments of the eyes, primarily
photosensitivity. Crow's dedicated research, only being one aspect
of her work, also enjoys painting, sculpting, and generally nature
inspired work. Her works are unique, each stemming from
visions or thoughts and at times even dreams. As you browse
through the galleries remember, each piece has a bit of her Native
American heart.
