The law firm of BUCK, ANDERSON & SOMERVILLE, P.C. and our affiliated title and escrow company, ALLIANCE TITLE & ESCROW, INC. , specialize in real estate closings, title insurance, contracts, tax deferred exchanges, estate planning and business development.

The law firm was founded in 1979. Since then, our lawyers have helped over 35,000 families buy, sell or re-finance their homes or commercial property. We conduct closings for all major lenders and title insurance companies and have affiliated title insurance agencies with First American Title and Southern Title Insurance. We are licensed settlement agents under Virginia's Consumer Real Estate Settlement Protection Act and are members of the pre-paid legal services plans of ARAG and Hyatt Legal Services.

In 1997, Craig Buck was voted the BEST SETTLEMENT ATTORNEY in private practice by an independent vote of 200 top area real estate agents. He is is Past- President of the Virginia Real Estate Attorneys League.
