These Are the People I Call When I Need To Borrow Eggs

Friends

Those people that you go to when you need to borrow money.

The people that you blame when you get in trouble by a teacher.

The people that you make fun of behind their backs.

The people that you throw rocks at when you're bored.

Oh, wait. Nevermind . . . those are people who you don't like.

Anyway, here's a few of my friends (and you thought I didn't have any!)

AKA a shout out page.

(I'd put more people on here but I really don't feel like it, so maybe some day)

Chip H.Julie | ShawnaJosh J. | Steffi ElizebethBethany | Rochelle |  Katie B. | Tiffany |  Courtenay   | Sarah S. | Amy | Katie | Megan  | Jason K.Allie | Jillian | Brian |

Chip Hanna aka Chippo-Dippo- Chip is ine of my best buds. He's about my height and his hair's color has never been accuratly identified (although most would say it's orangish-red). We hang out and go wakeboarding together (when he invites me) and stuff. We've been best friends since the beginning of 7th grade, so that's 3 years now. He introduced me to church, which I now attend regularly. We go to Lynchwood Christian Church, where his dad is the minister. He plays the drums for church and is actually quite good. Well, that's about all I have to say about him.

Julie Gray aka Jewels- We're tight now. Oh yes!

Shawna Friesen aka Shawnabelle- We're tight once again, too.

Josh Johnson- This guy is crazy! He's my Magic: the Gathering brother . . . well, anti-Magic that is. He's the life of all the church activities, always making jokes, saying stupid (funny) things, nice to everyone (when he's not making fun of them), and has the best and most hilarious ideas for the talent shows ("I will now jump into this pit of wild animals just to see how scratched up and hurt I can get. Don't try this at home"). He towers over me at 6'3" (I think) and he also lives in Salem, but we talk on-line a lot about women, life, women, music, and women. He's a 4.0 student (unless he's lying to me) and is hoping to achieve valedictorian. He is madly obbsessed with a certain female Eugene resident, who, in my opinion, is an awesome person, but he is also obssessed with Star Wars, which, in my opinion, is an awesome bunch of movies. He also plays football and is like a guard or something. He earns money by playing songs on his guitar with his best friend Pat for local passer-byers at local stores and rest stops.

Steffi Turner- Steffi TurnerAnother one of my friend's through church (I've met most of my best friends through church, it's like a two in one thing: eternal life with God and great friends, wow!). Steffi's a great person and good at conversation, and she lives in Eugene. We speak a little French back and forth and talk about this and that and what not. She's an awesome singer (she proved that at Convention talent show) and also a deft dancer (she choreographs her own dance steps, so that's automatically got to make her good). She's a short cutey, and loves giving/getting hugs (I got like one every half hour at Regional Assembly, not to mention camp where I got like 30 on the last day, at least=).

Elizabeth Lamb aka Liz- She's cool and the object of Josh's idoltry, but unfortunatly she doesn't share the same feelings for him. More later when I get to know her better.

Bethany Waggoner aka Beth- One from the crew down in Eugene, but she's special because her name is Bethany. Don't ask why that makes her special, it just does. ANYWAY, I just recently started talking to her again through e-mails (great way to keep in touch). I've known her ever since camp (which was August '98) I think, but I didn't really become friends with her until Regional Assembly (which was sometime in the spring of '99). Then after that we didn't talk at all until I found out her e-mail address and we've been talking since then. She's best friends with Elizabeth (see above). She's an awesome person (even though I've heard some things about her), but I think she's alright. She's really smart, and on top of that she's really pretty, so she's got it all worked out. She plays club volleyball and she's probably pretty good, I don't know really since I've never seen her play. At first she might come across as a goodie-goodie church girl, but Beth does have a kinky side.

Rochelle Ikeda- A Salem friend. Part Asian, pretty, nice body, and looks great in pajamas. =) I've known her for about two years but only became friends with her on the mission trip in June of '99. Now we've grown pretty close and she's a great friend. She was going to play an accompanyment on the piano to something I was going to sing for the talent show at church camp this year, but for certain reasons we never performed. She has a stalker, and for some reason she doesn't enjoy that. How could anyone not enjoy having a stalker? Just jokin'. But she's a great person to have around if you need comforting because she knows just how to comfort you. I have also recently found out that she has a gift for writing poetry, and from what I've read (and responded to) they are actually quite good. And as you can tell from the picture to the left, she likes posing for the camera, here she displays her tiger pose.

|The earthly goddess

|Katie Bryant- Katie is one of those girls that you meet only once in a lifetime. She is like an earthly goddess. She is like the epitome of the whole female gender. She's like a Jennifer Love Hewitt, just closer. She's smart, has a great, magnanimous personality, and she is very, incredibly attractive. And on top of all of that she has a great sense of humor and a pierced belly button. I am becoming really good friends with her and can't wait until I see her again, unfortunatly she lives in Albany. She is yet another one of the people I have met through church (thank you, Lord!). When I get my license, Albany is going to be one of my first stops, no doubt about it.

|Tiffany Palaniuk- She's one of the most funny girls I've ever met. I have sucha blast hanging out with her. She's also got one of the coolest laughs I've ever heard, and anyone who knows her knows that she laughs A LOT. She's so open and friendly. When we went to the Tillamook Cheese Factory she went up to girls she didn't know and asked them for their numbers for my friend Geoff. Then at Fred Meyer's she'd go up to guys she didn't know and hug them, and if they didn't give her a hug back she'd follow them around the store. She has a weird obbsession with picking up on little boys, like 9 year old third grade boys. Although this obbsession seems to be a Eugene thing, since Elizabeth and Bethany share similar disorders. Tiffany's becoming one of my best friends, she's someone I can talk to anything about- serious or not.

Courtenay HitchonCourtenay Hitchon- Courtenay is so awesome . . . for a freshman =). She used to live in New Jersey way over on the East Coast, but then she moved westward to La Grande (which is somewhere in Eastern Oregon), so she's my Eastside pal. She's part Japanese and part something else, and overall really hot. I met her through the church, too, in May 1999 at the Regional Assembly in Eugene. She loves to dance and from what I hear is actually quite good at it (she won a dancing contest at some dance she went to. Her prize: CDs of artists  never known to exist.). I don't really know that much more about her except that she's very good looking and a great person.

||Sarah Spellman aka Sarebear, Sarah-hassie- Sarah's one of my bestest friends in the whole wide world (even though a lot of the time she doesn't think it). She beat me in the CYF presidential election >=( but I'm cool with that. Yep, it was too much work anyway. Besides, she's gonna make a good president (at least she better or she'll get tha boot). She's a great listener and sometimes gives advice, but when she does it's good and logical, unlike mine, which most of the time is stupid and illogical and will probably end up getting you bigger problems. But that's only when I'm in a stupid advice mood. Enough about me, though. She's an awesome person, but sometimes gets mad at people for small things. She's an awesome person, though. She strives to be the great author that I am (j/k), she writes pretty good stories, although lately she's been on a literary dry (much like me). If anyone wants to talk to her or send her mail, her AOL screen name is LeftyGrl5 and her e-mail is LeftyGrl5@aol.com. The Banner's way better than the Argus!

Amy StorkelAmy Storkel- This is Amy. She has shorter hair now but it's still Amy. Amy is a very cool person, although she is very quiet when you first meet her she will get louder and more talkative as you get to know her (usually). She has an unhealthy, shallow obbsession with incredibly built guys and tends to ignore the guys who aren't incredibly built and not "hot." She has an awesome singing voice and she sometimes sings during church services. Amy's an interesting person because one day she'll dress preppy and the next day she'll dress like Sandra D. from "Grease." =) She made her school's dance team (Gresham High . . . blech) so she must be a pretty good dancer (I wouldn't know, I've never seen her dance except for slow dancing at SnoBall, and she's good at that). She's one of the four main youth that go to our church, the other three being me, Chip, and Sarah, but I'm glad she goes because she's an awesome person and a great friend. And Amy, watch out for those french fries in the red battle armor. =)

Katie Toynbee-Hovis- Katie, now my ex-girlfriend, was my significant other for about the first half of my freshman year in high school. Those were good times, but now we're really good friends. We're tight like a, well, I won't use that anology here because I don't know who might be reading this. Anyway, she's an awesome person. She reminds me in a lot of ways of Tiffany Palaniuk in the way that they are both totally crazy and goofy, but are also really easy to talk to. Sometimes she'll start talking, and if you aren't her you'll have no idea what she's talking about because it's usually totally unintelligible and has to do with such things as elephants and made-up family members.

Megan Mardesich aka NutMeg-

Jason Kaady- Jason's one of my best friends. We're tight. He's Arabian or Lebanese or something like that, but he's still cool. When him and I get together, we are definitely the lady's men. No girls can resist our charm. He went with me to the Big Stink 4 this summer, as well as Brian Baker, and it was so fun. He came to our district in 7th grade from Southern California and he was sort of a geek that a lot of people picked on, but now he's matured and became friends with a lot of those people and now he's the one who makes fun of people and always tries to get into fights with people he doesn't know and could easily kick his ass.

Allie Webster aka AJ-

Jillian McEnulty-
