Hi, I'm Rick Paggeot and have been researching
these surname variations since August 1993. I am a 11th generation descendant
of the marriage of Thomas Pageot to Marie Catherine Roy, 13 November 1675,
Notre Dame de Quebec, Canada. Thomas was born 28 Aug 1642 to Thomas Pageot
and Catherine Rouaux of St. Aignan, Diocese of Mans, Sarthe, France. He
was our first ancestor to North America in 1650. I have compiled
a database containing over 2,000 descendants of this marriage.
