Guest star Melissa McBride (Holly G.) is my favorite memory of this episode.
She is a delightful young woman with a quirky sense of humor, and remains high on my list of AG guest stars.

Shooting at Greenfield Lake here in Wilmington, which stood in for the lakeside fairground area in Trinity. It is one of the most beautiful spots
in town, and we got to spend almost two days shooting there.

Remember when I said it was HOT during these first episodes? Well, here's some proof--on day two of this episode, while shooting the scene outside the school where Lucas gives Caleb the "special" bow, I was overcome by the heat
while locking up one side of the school. Things went black, and the next thing I knew, I was sitting slumped where seconds before I had been standing.
I went home early, and missed the rest of the day's shooting, which involved the exterior sections of the scenes around Johnson's Bridge. Whew!

Guest star Lee Norris (Ben Jr.) is a fine young man I met when we worked together on the pilot for Touched by an Angel. He and his mom are both super people, and we've had the good fortune to run into each other a few times since.

The sixth day of this episode was the day we shot the exteriors of the Flood house and the garage scenes with Ben, Ben Jr., Barbara Joy, and Waylon Flood.
This was a fun day in and of itself, as it marked the first time we got to watch Nick Searcy get his tush whooped in take after take, and from different
angles! We also had Entertainment Tonight on set, and they interviewed Shaun Cassidy (who was in town briefly) and Nick Searcy, among others. A very entertaining day all around.
