Justin: "Dancing is just a conversation between two people. Talk to me."

Birdee: "It's a good thing we weren't going out for steak 'cuz I am pretty rusty at roping a steer."
Justin: "Well, you aren't so hot at this either."

Ramona: "She's in L.A. doin' a pilot."
Birdee: "So, what's he like?"

Birdee: "Gee Justin, do you always say what is on your mind or is this just my lucky day?"

Justin: "Was that an invitation?"

Birdee: "Hey.....How was school? Huh? Hey weasel."
Bernice: "FINE!"
Birdee: "What happened?"
Travis: "She lived."

Birdee: "What is the matter with you, you big piece of crap?!?"

Justin: "So what do you feel like doing? Wanna go for a walk or something?"
Travis: "Aren't you going in to say 'Hi?'"
Justin: "Don't ya know? I came over to say 'Hi' to you."
Travis: "Hi."

Birdee: "One word for you people: Polaroids! POLAROIDS!"

Birdee: "K-ser-aw-ser-aw people!"

Mr. Calvert: "This is my daughter....Birdee. She is marked for happiness."
Birdee: "Now how do you know that?"
Mr. Calvert: "Well, look at her child and you'll see it."

Birdee: (V.O.) "Okay momma, stop pushing."

Bernice: "My dad says that childhood is the happiest time of my life, but...I think he is wrong. I think my mom's right. She says that childhood..."
Birdee: "...is what you spend the REST of your life trying to overcome. That's what momma used to say. She said that beginnings are scary, endings are usually sad but its the middle that counts the most. You need to remember that when you find yourself at the beginning. Birdee, Ramona, Travis and Bernice's friend (Julia) sing to Bernice to cheer her up! (Absolutely HILARIOUS)! I love it!!!

When Justin brings Birdee the flowers at "Snappy Snaps" and puts her in the car and she can't get her leg over! LOL! :0)

When Bernice hits Big Dolores in the face with both her lunch box and the volleyball.

The Scardy Cats scene when Birdee and Bernice arrive at Ramona's!

When Birdee feeds the ducks in the backyard pond (just as her mother did) and Bernice looks out the window (ditto).

When Birdee takes all those pictures; especially when Travis is dressed up as a clown.
