The LaMott Fire Company #1

It's that time of year again when we, the volunteer members of the La Mott Fire Company, need your support for our annual fund drive. Even in these uncertain times, you can count on the men and women o the La Mott Fire Company to be here for you.

The families and businesses of Elkins Park save valuable tax money every year because of the generous time, skilled labor, and care that we, the volunteers, give to the firehouse and community. We are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to protect you, your home, and property. In fact over 65% over (of) our volunteers have been Nationally Certified as Firefighters.

Our firefighters are also actively involved in fire safety education by providing programs to public and private schools, along with day camps, scouts, civic groups and businesses. Look for us at community events such as the carnival in John Russell Park and Foam Day.

Your donation is especially important this year as we are expecting delivery of a new fire engine at the end of June. Your contribution will offset a portion of it's cost. Additionally, we need to purchase 2 Automatic External Defilbrators at a cost of just over $3,000.00. Please help us to help you by contributing as generously as you can.
