2002-May 24th, Friday at 10am - Memorial Day in Historic LaMott, PA - An invitation to
attend a meeting at the LaMott Community Center to hear about the History of LaMott and a
new website explaining that history is being circulated by the Westbrook-Rockhill
Foundation of 1831 Chelsea Rd, and I encourage your attendance. I do want to point out
"Inconsistencies (False statements) in the published flyer that you should be aware of,
and ask those of you with websites to "Make Kown the TRUTH" about LaMott.
There exists already a website Camp William Penn, extolling the history of Camptown, PA.
Military History, and it's Community History from it's GLORY days with the birth of the
American Legion Post 451, Boy Scout Troop, LaMott Giants Baseball, and Parades that
would bring people far and wide to view, and this authentic material is in the 1st
Historic Museum (Firehouse) of LaMott.
LaMott's history has NOT been one of growth and development, but rather a well
calculated and orchestrated program of "Demise", as evidence of the "Disparity of Use
of Government financed Facilities and Services"(Library) supported by your own
Commissioner Harvey Portner, who is a proven and published Liar, and poor example of
Prudence and Integrity.
Make sure, Whomever the Speaker is, that the FACT that LaMott's History is already
documented is also made known, and efforts are being made to have the 1st LaMott
Historian, Perry Triplett, as the Memorial Day Speaker for the American Legion statue
ceromony.
Use your websites and publication/communication facilities to let the area folks
know "What's Going On".
