Family Court does not handle million dollar law suits, nor does it handle cases involving big business. Family Court deals with everyday people and their problems. Family Court deals with people like us!

The sole focus of Family Court is issues regarding families. Unlike most Courts in New York State, you do not have to pay a fee to have a case heard by the Family Court.
