• I apologize for not updating this site in a long time.
• Ruth was nominated for two American Latino Media Arts (ALMA) Awards - for Outstanding Actress in a New TV Series, and Breakthrough Actress. The latter was not televised, only mentioned (Jessica Alba won, total gyp). The former was broadcast. Ruth didn't win that one either, but it went to her co-star Elizabeth Peña, who mentioned her and suggested that they split the award. You can see Ruth's reaction. Anyway, this is not going to be her last nomination, and she'll probably win some sooner or later. Congratulations on a very good year, and I hope this coming one is even better.
• Speaking of new year, Resurrection Blvd. starts its new season June 26 at 10 PM. The time is the same, but it's on Tuesdays now. See you there.

March 27

• The first item of news from the coming season of Resurrection Blvd.: Brian A. Green will be on the season premiere and is scheduled to last eight episodes. He will play Yolanda's latest love interest. What happens to Joseph, you ask? I don't know. BTW, Green was a regular on Beverly Hills, 90210 when Ruth was there. • Two episodes of Resurrection Blvd. were shown at the San Diego Latin Film Festival on March 10. Ruth was there. Darn it, I missed her again.
• The February 2001 issue of Ritmo Beat featured an interview with Ruth. A condensed version of it is online here.

February 10

• Images from the last episodes of Resurrection Blvd. of the season are up. Again, sorry it took so long.
• I just heard that Resurrection Blvd. will be moving to Tuesdays starting March 6 to make room for another, inferior show on Showtime. I don't know whether the move is permanent, but I'll keep you posted.

February 5

• Sorry it took me so long to get this site updated. This is an interim update until I get more time.
• Resurrection Blvd. has ended its season. Currently Showtime is rerunning the show from the first episode, and there should be new episodes in June or July. Episode Summaries from the latest episodes of Resurrection Blvd. are up. I will eventually get to the images.

• Great news! Resurrection Blvd. has been renewed for another year. Ruth's continued employment is assured!! New episodes will start in June. The current season will end in a few weeks, so pay close attention.
