Ch 4, join to form ring.
Round 1: With color A, ch 3, dc in ring, ch 1 * 2 dc in ring, ch 1, repeat * 4 more times; join to top of beg ch 3, end off.
Round 2: Join color B in any ch-1 sp; ch 3, dc in same sp, sc in next 2 dc, *2 dc in next ch-1 sp, sc in next 2 dc, repeat * around; join to top of beg ch-3. (24 st)
Round 3: Ch 4 (counts as dc, ch 1) * dc in next st, ch 1, repeat * around, end off. (24 dc, ch 1)
Round 4: Join color A in any ch 1 sp; Ch 4, 2trc, ch 2, 3 trc in same sp (corner made), tr between next 2 dc, dc between next 3 dc, tr between next dc, (side made), repeat pattern 3 more times (3 trc, ch2, 3 trc for corners; tr, 3 dc tr for sides), join to top of beg ch-4.
Round 5: Sl st to next ch 2 sp; Ch 3, dc, ch 2, 2 dc in same sp (corner made), dc between each st across side. Repeat pattern 3 more times around (2 dc, ch2, 2dc for corner; dc between each st across sides), join to top of beg ch-3, end off.
