MATERIALS: Size 10 thread: 1 ball color A, 1 ball color B; size 6 hook; elastic hair band.
STITCHES:
Cluster (CL) = 10 dc, ch 3, sl st in top of last dc made, 9 dc
DIRECTIONS:
With color A, sl st onto elastic hair band
Keeping color A petals to front of work attach color B with sl st in first skipped ch-2 space of rnd-2. Repeat rnds 3 and 4 of color A. Fasten off.
Picot = ch 4, sl st in 3rd ch from hook
Rnd 1: Ch 1, make 56 sc around band. Join with sl st in first sc.
Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in first sc, ch 2 (2 dc in next sc, ch 2) around. Join with sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch-3 (112 dc, 56 ch-2 spaces)
Rnd 3: Sl st to ch-2 sp, sc in same ch-2 sp, * ch 10, sk next ch-2 sp, sc in next ch-2 sp*. Repeat between * around. Join with sl st in beg sc.
Rnd 4: Ch 7, sc in 3rd ch from hook (counts as dc, ch 1, picot), ch 1, dc in same sc, * cluster in ch-10 sp, dc, picot, ch 1, dc in next sc*. Repeat between * around ending with sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch-7. Fasten off color A.
