TASSEL: Wrap thread 25 times around a piece of 3" wide cardboard. Slip threads off cardboard and clip through threads at one end of tassel. Put tassel through the ch-2 space at bottom of bookmark and tie an extra length of thread around all threads of tassel about 1/2" below bottom of bookmark. Trim ends even.
