MATERIALS: Size G hook; small amount brown yarn; 10mm movable eyes; small amounts of red and black felt; sewing needle; fiberfill; glue.

FINISHING: Stuff head loosely with fiberfill. Attach ears to head. Cut mouth out of red felt. Cut round nose out of black felt. Glue mouth, nose and eyes on face. Tie narrow red ribbon around neck (not shown in picture) if desired.
NOTE: Do not join rounds.
With brown, ch 2.
Rnd 1: 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook.
Rnd 2: 2 sc in each sc around.
Rnds 3-5: Work even on 12 sc.
Rnd 6: Work 2 sc tog around sc.
Rnd 7: 2 sc in each sc around.
Rnd 8: Sc in 3 sc, ch 4 for arm; sc in 2nd ch from hook and next 2 ch, sc in next 5 sc, ch 4 for 2nd arm; sc in 2nd ch from hook and next 2 ch, sc in next 4 sc.
Rnd 9: Sc in 3 sc, sc in 3 ch, sc in 3 sc of arm, sc in 5 sc, 6 sc around 2nd arm, sc in 4 sc.
Rnd 10: Work even on 24 sc.
Rnd 11: Sc in 3 sc, sk 6 sc of arm, sc in 6 sc, sk 6 sc of arm, sc in 3 sc.
Rnds 12-15: Work even on 12 sc. End off.
With brown, ch 3.
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in next ch. Ch 1, turn.
