MATERIALS: Size 10 crochet thread; size 6 steel crochet hook; elastic hair band
STITCHES:
Cluster (CL) = Sl st, sc, hdc, 24 dc, hdc, sc, sl st.
DIRECTIONS:
Sl st onto elastic band.
Single crochet dec (sc dec) = pull up loop in next 2 sc, yo and pull thread through all 3 loops on hook.
Rnd 1: Ch 1, 54 sc around band. Join with sl st in first sc.
Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in first sc, ch 2 (2 dc in next sc, ch 2) around. Join with sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch-3. (108 dc, 54 ch-2 sps).
Rnd 3: Sl st in next dc and in ch-1 sp, ch 12, sl st in same sp, sc in next 2 dc, * sl st in next ch-2 sp, ch 12, sl st in same sp, sc in next 2 dc*. Repeat between * around. Do not join at end of round.
Rnd 4: * CL in first ch-12 sp, sc dec over next 2 sc *. Repeat between * around. Join with sl st in beg sl st. Fasten off.
