Sl st onto band.
Cluster: Sc, ch 1, hdc, ch 1, (dc, ch 1) 3 times, hdc, ch 1, sc
Picot: Ch 3, sl st in top of last sc made
Rnd 1: Make 70 sc around band. Join with sl st in first sc.
Rnd 2: Ch 1, make sc in each sc around. Join with sl st in first sc. (70 sc)
Rnd 3: Ch 4, work 2 trc in same st, make 3 trc in next st and in each st around. Join with sl st in 4th chain of beg ch-4.
Rnd 4: Ch 5 (counts as 1 dc and ch 2), dc in same st, 1 dc in each of next 9 sts, *dc, ch 2, dc in next st, 1 dc in each of next 9 sts *, repeat between * around. Join with sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch-5.
Rnd 5: Sl st in ch-2 sp, * make cluster in ch-2 sp, skip next dc, sc in next 5 dc, make picot, sc in next 4 dc, skip next dc, repeat from * around. Join with sl st to first sc in cluster. Fasten off and weave in loose ends
