    4. Report on Strategies to Reduce Creek Contamination including Draft Ordinance Removing Below Grade Exemption for Septic Systems Recommended action: Accept report and direct staff to schedule introduction and first reading of septic abatement ordinance amendment following a public hearing; provide direction to staff regarding establishing of sewer lateral inspection requirements.

    5. Union Pacific Railroad Trial Update Recommended action: Accept report and direct staff accordingly.
