4. Mills Act Property Tax Abatement Program. Recommended action: Adopt resolution establishing the City’s participation in the Mills Act Property Tax Abatement Program.
5. Review the Existing Criteria in the Heritage Preservation Ordinance Chapter 13-15.010 that is Used to Evaluate a Structure’s Potential to be Placed on the Heritage Resource Inventory. Recommended action: Accept report and direct staff accordingly.
