Seacoast Visiting Nurse Association
is a non-profit agency
dedicated to helping people in their homes.

The home care services we offer include skilled nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, home health aide, family support and education, and medical social work.

We also offer children's health programs, including well child clinics, child health clinics, mothers' support groups, dental clinics, home visits to newborns, toddler seat car rentals, and toy loan programs.

For adults, we offer diabetic support groups, foot care clinics, wellness programs, flu clinics, and walk in offfice visits of various kinds.
