Tom Lane has been listening and writing about music for so long that he's forgotten the first record he ever bought. But he's sure that it was by Elvis. That's Presley not Costello.
His love of all types of music has resulted in a collection covering all genres. He prides himself in his knowledge of music history. And wonders why more critics don't know a thing about the past, even as they ramble on about the present.
When he's not listening to music, Tom follows the wonderful world of sports. A die hard New York Jet football fan, he dreams of the day that the Jets return to the Super Bowl and reclaim their rightful place on top of the NFL.
Married, to the beautiful Judicia aka Geosy (as in Josie), Tom has one son, Anthony, who loves Elvis Presley and the NY Jets.
Tom lives on the Monterey Peninsula in California.
