In February 1996 Congress passed the
Telecommunications Act of 1996, which included the
"Communications Decency" Ammendment. President Clinton signed the
bill into law. Display this blue ribbon to join the "Blue Ribbon

On June 11 1996, a 3-judge panel of the
US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania pronounced
the CDA unconstitutional.

United States Supreme Court agreed with the 3-judge panel in
Pennsylvania by declaring the CDA unconstitutional!

That is a very good question indeed. If you will leave your name and number I'll get back to you as soon as I figure that out.
Until May of 1997 I was a student at a certain private institution of higher learning known as Pace University, where I studied Computer Science.
It is a good thing for me that I graduated, because I really couldn't take it for much longer. Now I spend my time commuting to New York City to work for a large law firm specializing in intellectual property law.
Anything that you may or may not want to know about my past I will most certainly not tell you. Why, I don't even know you! Besides, I've seen some pages that people plaster with stuff about themselves and their families (some even go so far as to put their baby pictures on-line) and I find it simply distasteful.
That is an even better question... I'm here because it is fashionable to have a Web Page. And I did want to learn HTML. After all, I am a Computer Scientist (whatever the heck that is).
Hold on a second, let me check my dictionary for "spare time."
I do have some hobbies, of sorts... Maybe not really hobbies, more like
intertests:
programming,
Star Trek and...
hmm... I'll add more if I can think of any.
