What do you like most? I've removed
some of the material on the page (I had over 70,000 words of source material
and fiction at one point!), and I'd consider offering more for the readers
that want it. Be a squeaky wheel and tell me what sections you think
deserve the most attention. E-mail

If you're an editor and you have something of mine on your desk, get back
to work! You've probably already seen what's on this page and turned
it down! It's not too late to change your mind, though....
Bibliography
This list is a compilation of

If you're a gamer and you're not a member of
the
RPGA, join now! For only a few bucks,
you get the cool Polyhedron newsletter, now thicker than ever and chock full
o' goodies. They like to give out free stuff for members, they have contests,
they sponsor RPGA-only events at conventions, and a whole lot more. Best
of all are the Living Campaigns, where your character actually influences
the growth and expansion of the campaign. Check out the
RPGA for more info. Tell them I sent you (Lloyd Brown),
because I can win lots of loot if you do!
Lists
These are some useful lists from
house rules. You'll find many of them useful for printing up and placing
in a folder specifically for your players. You might find yourself using
them as well. I'm thinking about adding a character names list, too. What
do you think?
· Magic
Items: Over 50 magic items, mostly
geared toward low-level magic. These items are of the same caliber as my
article "A Little Bit of Magic" and include full details of some magical
items mentioned only by name in that Dragon magazine article.
·
Kits: These kits come from my home campaign and are a
hodge-podge of cultures and inspiration. They are balanced in power and heavy
on the flavor.
Articles
These articles address various aspect
of gaming. Most are for DMs, but they really don't have much that players
shouldn't read as well. They are entertaining to read even if not useful
for your specific campaign.
·"Savage
Settings": Fight t-rexes and raptors
in this complete "Land of the Lost" setting.
·
"Evil
Magic": Tired of sissy Good wizards?
Wizards are the bad guys in this oppressive, superstitious setting. Make
the players fight magic with their swords, courage, and cunning.
·"Holy
Swords of Greyhawk": A handful of
magic swords to complement my "Holy Swords of the Realms" article in Dragon.
Adventures
My adventures center on low to mid-level
characters because that is what I prefer to play. High-level adventures need
to be custom tailored to fit the PCs, so you won't see me writing very many
for other people's games.
"Moonlight
Serenade": This Masque of the Red
Death adventure is just a single encounter, but it's spooky.
Fiction
This section is temporarily empty for
the best of reasons--all of my fiction is under review for possible publication.
Please check back soon.
