In all cases, the content of the class, workshop, or lecture will also depend on the forum and scheduled length of time. Which also will dictate the depth and breadth of the material. Many of the topics can also be expanded into a series of clases, which would allow for a greater depth of exploraion of the subject material. In most cases, there are exercises which the class will participate in, but here too, the forum and alotted will determine the number of exercises, etc. In some of the clases, such as the Spirit Guide class, time is set aside for Juanita to channel information or messages for the participants. The depth of this will also be governed by the circumstances of each class.

All Trance Channel Sessions are facilitated by Juanita who allows Light Beings and Ascended Masters to speak through her. Sessions are opened and moderated by Master Hilarion and often he is joined by Lady Master Jelanna, Master Kuthumi and others. A session of Channeling always begins with a General Message from Master Hilarion and then is opened for questions from those in attendance. Often, as circumstances dictate and permission is given, Hilarion will also bring in Guides of those present to speak themselves.
