Discrimination on account of uniform.A person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree if, being the proprietor, manager, or employee of a theatre, hotel, restaurant, or other place of public entertainment or amusement, he discriminates against any person wearing the uniform of the armed forces of the United States, because of that uniform.
