CORRECTIONAL FACILITY FOR CRIMINOLOGICAL DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT AND RESEARCH

§ 1001. Facility established.

§ 1005. Operation and management.

§ 1001. Temporary detention.

There is hereby established a correctional facility for criminological diagnosis, classification, social and psychological treatment and research, medical treatment and staff training.

§ 1005. Operation and management.

The Department of Justice through the Bureau of Correction, shall operate and manage the correctional facilities including staff training and the treatment, care, maintenance, employment and rehabilitation of the inmates therein.
