ORDERING TERMS
Ordering from Sterling Equipment implies acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein.
  
     Please note that all products listed are BUILT TO ORDER. Orders will be shipped
     within 10 working days, unless otherwise notified. Allow 5 additional days for 
     special order/custom modifications. Customers will be notified if order will be 
     delayed beyond stated times, and given option to cancel with full payment returned.

PAYMENT TERMS:
   - CASHIERS CHECK / MONEY ORDER : Made payable to Sterling Equipment & Mfg. Co.
   - CREDIT CARD / DEBIT CARD : Only accepted via the Internet through membership 
     with PayPal (www.paypal.com)- safe/secure/insured/free. Please link to PayPal 
     for complete information and to sign up!! 
 
    
                            

ORDERING: 
   - Please Email (Order Request / Price Quote Form) or Call (Sorry, We do not 
     accept collect phone calls) Sterling Equipment & Mfg. Co. with the item(s) you 
     desire including the part number(s), and your delivery Zip Code, for a response from 
     us on the total cost of the desired product(s) including the freight costs to your 
     delivery Zip Code. 
   - If your payment choice is a method via PayPal, our Email Response to your Order 
     Request / Price Quote Form will include a specific PayPal Web Accept link for 
     you to complete your order.
   - If unable or unwilling to pay online, Mail to Sterling Equipment, to our
     physical address which is listed at the bottom of all pages on this web site,
     the necessary funds stated below under Payment Terms including the product(s) 
     you are ordering, your name, organization (if applicable), shipping address, 
     daytime phone number(s), and your valid Email address. 
   - Please Note: When the product will not travel via UPS due to size or weight, 
     the product will be shipped via motor freight. When shipping via motor freight, 
     it is recommended that a commercial business address for delivery be provided.

SHIPPING:
   - When size and weight allows (see specific application comments), shipments will
     be made by United Parcel Service (UPS). Customer will be provided with
     tracking number upon shipment. 
   - Some items must be shipped by common carrier. Current estimated freight charges 
     are available on request. We will need a delivery ZIP code for accurate estimates.
   - All orders are shipped F.O.B. Umatilla, Florida, FREIGHT COLLECT, unless otherwise
     arranged (I.E. customer prepays the freight at time of order.)
   - It is the customers responsibility and duty to inspect the shipment on arrival for
     damage BEFORE signing for shipment. 

MERCHANDISE DAMAGED OR LOST:

INSPECT ALL INCOMING SHIPMENTS FOR DENTS AND BENDING DAMAGE!

   All merchandise leaves Sterling Equipment & Manufacturing of Central Florida, Inc. 
   in good condition and with a correct piece count. The purchaser is liable for any 
   product found to be defective after signing for freight "In Good Order". Verify the
   number of pieces and note any damage or shortages on the freight bill. Merchandise 
   damaged (visible and/or concealed) or lost in transit is the sole responsibility of
   the CARRIER. Please obtain a (VISIBLE and/or CONCEALED) DAMAGE CLAIM FORM from the 
   CARRIER and file with the CARRIER all damage claims immediately!! We will assist 
   you in furnishing any information you may need to file a claim. For lost
   merchandise in transit (partial shipment and complete) we will need the name on 
   the order, and the date ordered to trace the shipment.

   Touch up may be made with fast drying acrylic enamel on painted items.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY
   ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All products are built to order. Check fit all products prior 
   to custom painting or any other form of fabrication (sanding, drilling, sand 
   blasting, painting, chroming, welding, etc.). Sterling Equipment, Inc. will not 
   warranty any products which were modified prior to check fitting those parts on 
   the intended vehicle. Should you have any problem installing a Sterling Equipment, 
   Inc., product contact Sterling Equipment for technical assistance before any 
   modification. Merchandise may be returned only for reason of manufacturing defect, 
   or shipping error and is limited to replacement. All other returns are subject to
   Sterling Equipment, Inc.'s, discretion, and approval. All returns must be 
   authorized by Sterling Equipment, Inc., and shipped with proof of purchase, freight 
   prepaid. Collect shipments will not be accepted, unless prior authorization is 
   given. Merchandise returned for reasons other than manufacturing defect, or 
   shipping error will be held on consignment until sold.

WARRANTY:
   Sterling Equipment & Manufacturing Co. of Central Florida, Inc., 803 Line St., 
   Umatilla, Florida for a period of thirty days after the date of the original 
   purchase warrants that the merchandise specifically manufactured by Sterling 
   Equipment & Manufacturing Co. of Central Florida, Inc., will be free from defects
   in workmanship and materials (EXCEPT PAINT FINISH). This warranty shall not be 
   extended to any piece of merchandise, or part thereof which has been subject to 
   improper installation, misuse or neglect. This warranty is limited to replacing 
   or repairing any parts which are defective, and are returned to Sterling Equipment
   & Manufacturing of Central Florida, Inc., with proof of purchase date, shipping 
   costs prepaid. Prior to replacement or repair, verbal, and or written authorization
   must be obtained from Sterling Equipment & Manufacturing of Central Florida, Inc..
   Failure to get such authorization prior to having warranty work performed will 
   immediately void all applicable warranties, and it is then the sole responsibility
   of the consumer to remit any payment incurred. This warranty gives you specific 
   legal rights. In the event of a problem with warranty service or performance, 
   contact the general manager of Sterling Equipment & Manufacturing Co. of Central 
   Florida, Inc. 352-669-3255.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: 
   No warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, is made respecting the use of tubular
   products sold herein. Installation of Sterling products may change the vehicle 
   manufacturers original characteristics. Sterling, Inc. assumes no liabilities as a 
   result of changed vehicle characteristics. The buyer assumes all risk and liability
   whatsoever. Let it be noted that there are limitations to the severity of an impact
   that any tubular product can withstand. Some reasonable foreseeable impact may 
   exceed the tubular products capability to protect against injury. These products 
   are not a substitute for safe and careful driving.
