Susan
Halperin Mezzo-Soprano "Susan
Halperin, mezzo-soprano, was a standout, with a rich and clear tone,
unusually mature for one so young. It made us yearn to hear her do
Meyerbeer." "Clearly
the most memorable performance was that of Susan Halperin, who played
Rosina Daintymouth, the Witch. . . Like others in the cast, she had a
great voice, but in addition to this she had a stage presence and
confidence in her movements that was overwhelming." |
