June first saturday [1802] the Church met according to appointment after divine worship preceeded to business brother Peter Vanbibber autherised by the Church to excercise a publick gift.
September first saturday [1802] the Church met according to appointment after divine worship preceeded to business sister Ann Grey rec.d by experience sister Catherene [Grey?] rec.d by experience 2dly conversation was held in respect of a minister to administer the ordinances and the Lords supper whether their was any among us that would Answer that purpose Brother Peter Vanbibber was Adjudg.d by the church to fill up that place and thought it her duty to petition her
sister Churches for ministering helps to ordain him and set him to work the church ordered letters to be wrote to her sister Churches Cumberland gap church and the big spring church to help us at our next meeting appointed brother John Vanbibber to convey those letters 3dly sister Pharaby Newport and sister Elizabeth James petitioned for a dissmissal upon Condition of their removal 4thy Thomas Boydstun rec.d by experience fifthly called a meeting for the purpose of ordination. (John Newport, son of Richard and Sarah Newport, apparently died between November 1800 and this date. His widow, Pharaba Newport, later moved to Warren County, Kentucky.)
November first saturday [1802] the Church met after devine worship preceeded to business Sister Sarah [ ] restored by recantation 2ly appointed brother Evan Douthit to Carry a petition to the big Spring for ministering helps at our next meeting in case of his failure Brother Willis Grey favoured By broter Thomas Jinkins to cary one to Cumberland gap for the same purpose 3 rec.d by experience Sister Elizabeth Linch Sister Elizabeth Boydstun and John [Ausmus?].
