The Law Offices of Thomas B. Campagna is a two-attorney firm with over twenty years combined experience in civil litigation. The firm focuses on employment law, including racial, sexual, age, handicap, religious, national origin, and sexual orientation discrimination in hiring, promotion and termination of employment. In addition, the firm does extensive work in most aspects of the employer-employee relationship. For example, cases which arise under the Illinois Worker's Compensation Act, involve work-related injuries from products, result from accidents at trade shows or construction sites, or
occur as a result of an intentional interference with one's business relationship or financial expectation, are regularly handled by the firm.
Further, the firm represents clients in causes of action based on retaliatory discharge in the exercise of public rights, union members in cases of breach of collective bargaining agreements and/or breach of duty of fair representation, and governmental employees in termination hearings.
