If they are bold print, they are kinda sorta mine and I promise you a cousin to go with them. If they are underlined print and bold, then you are the luckiest of people, cause you'll be related to one of the best researchers in Stone County, Freda Daum Massey, and without her I don't think that this page would be possible!!!

Remember that Stone Co. was once a part of Searcy Co. and that if you've got folks in Stone Co. then you've probably got links to Searcy County too. The Batesville Genealogical Society was organized February 3, 1976 to assist persons interested in the genealogical history of Independence County, Arkansas, and the surrounding counties of Baxter, Cleburne, Fulton, Izard, Jackson, Lawrence, Randolph, Sharp, Stone and White. This page can really help you find what you're looking for. Regina Weaver is so kind and helpful. She's worked hard in this page, so give it a look!!
Arkansas Research This is Demond Walls Allen's site and if you're serious about Arkansas research and need help, then this is one of the best places that you can go. I could never, ever say enough nice things about Desmond and the help that she's given to me and many others.
