Conrad loved animals,
particularly dogs and cats.

Here he is seen holding his dog
"Mackie," a Sealyham terrier.
 

Some of the other pets belonging to Conrad Veidt were Miko, a smooth-haired fox terrier;
Tommy, a wire-haired fox terrier; and Peter, a large black and white cat.
