EARTH BOUNTY PROGRAM
To eliminate homelessness
worldwide with Earth Shares.
As a child of Earth you have a right to an inheritance in your planet. Now you can obtain Earth Royalties and a territorial claim to a portion of Planet Earth. The Earth Bounty Program is a unique, logical plan to make this possible.
Five Billion Earth Shares will be issued, as needed: one share for each person on Earth who is 18 years of age or older. These shares will represent each person's claim to an equal portion of Earth's natural bounty and a stake in its future. Shares cannot be transferred and are canceled at the death of the holder. Royalties due shareholders from Earth's natural bounty will initially be used to provide homesteads for every family or person who lacks one. Afterwards, royalties will be distributed equally to shareholders worldwide.
The Earth Bounty Program recognizes that every member of the whole human family has an equal claim to the natural planet (Land -- less any improvements: raw materials; minerals and oil); In recognition of individual global inheritance claims, participants in the Earth Bounty Program are to agree that a 2% Earth Royalty Fee will be paid by them yearly on any Earth Inheritance Assets exceeding $50,000 which they may have or acquire.
EARTH INHERITANCE ROYALTY FEES
Two percent yearly payments to Earth Bounty Program, based on
total raw Earth assets of participant that are in excess of $50,000.
Raw Earth Assets will include:
Any land (less improvements) owned by participant;
That portions of any stock or bonds that represent raw Earth assets.
Value of any minerals or oil mined by participant, or any dividend
received from any mining, oil or gas producing company.
Royalty payments will go to provide homesteads -- an apartment, condominium, or house and land free and clear -- for participants who lack their basic portion of their planet. They in turn must agree to support this arrangement by their payment of the annual 2 % royalty fees when their Earth Assets exceed the $50,000 listed above, a fair portion of their planet. Participants must be 18 years or older.

These actions will encourage allegiance to Earth -- to peace and the care of Earth. With an Earth Trustee attitude people will give time and money to Earth Trustee projects of their own choosing and affirm an Earth Trustee way of life -- talking with and helping other individuals of like mind. Reports of Earth Trustee activities and plans will rapidly increase participation.
PILOT PROJECTS
Initially, collection and disbursement of Earth Royalties can be independently managed by local municipalities in pilot projects. Then, the idle UN Trusteeship Council could be restructured to integrate local Earth Bounty Programs and adjust differences in Earth assets so that all would have an equal claim and equal benefits from their Earth Inheritance.
HOW YOU WILL OBTAIN YOUR EARTH SHARE
All that will be needed for you to obtain an Earth Share is for you to affirm the Earth Bounty Program and agree to its provisions. Taking the above steps will qualify any person 18 or over to receive Earth Royalties as they become available -- payments toward a free, clear home for participants who lack this minimal stake in their planet. And eventually, additional royalty payments from their fair portion of planet Earth's natural assets. As massive public support is obtained for these equitable objectives, large holders of land and raw materials (individuals or corporations) will be persuaded by moral enlightenment, or government regulation, to participate in this program. This will provide a new vigor in free enterprise as we distinguish the difference between each person's rightful inheritance and on the other hand the profit or benefit from labor and the careful, confident use of that inheritance. It will inspire a new spirit of cooperation and hope. This program will gradually bring a fair re-distribution of Earth''s land and raw materials -- ushering in the day when every person can "sit under their own vine and fig tree."
