The transplant community puts forth an extraordinary amount of time and heartfelt effort educating our society about organ transplantation. Transplant America rides their internet wave by embracing the personal sagas of pre- and post-transplant patients, donors, donor families, and others. Story links, rebirthday postings, a message board, and an extensive amount of informational resources are available for patients, families, and professionals to utilize as a support network and educational guide.
