Since its release, Ultima 4 has been available for the Amiga 500/1000/2000, Apple II, Atari 800 XL, Atari 520ST/1040ST, Commodore 64/128, Nintendo Entertainment System, Sega Master System & IBM PC platforms. Like the first three games, it's a hard find, but it can still be found on the Encore Ultima 1-6 CD-ROM for the IBM PC platform.

• In order to better satisfy their loyal fans, Origin Systems, Inc. released documentation for the Encore Ultima 1-6 CD-ROM. It was originally found to have been distributed without sufficient documentation to play the games, and Origin promptly responded to customer's pleas.
