o   February 8, 1999 the Ten Commandments returned to the walls of the Judicial Center in Rockville, MD.   You may recall, Mr. Thompson (County Attorney) illegally removed the 3' x 4' plaque from the courhouse wall.  The plaque was found by Montgomery Journal reporter Lisa Carly Fine.  It had been hidden behind the air handler in a county storage room.  The plaque was removed from the courthouse walls in response to a threat by the ACLU to sue the county.   [1999 Spring Issue WCTU News Letter]
