To see what is unseen, to hear what is unheard.

To gather forbidden knowledge and speak the unspoken word.

To stand in the shadows where seldom people see

and watch the world go by in total secrecy.

Control and power cloaked in subtle deceit.

They will find victory where others see defeat.

They wield forces that most can't comprehend.

They bend the wills of men while posing as their friend.

Tangled webs they weave. The masters behind it all.

As they make countries prosper and then make countries fall.

Like a puppet master they guide the strings of man

toiling and scheming to a most elaborate plan.

But from the multitudes there arise the chosen few.

Ones who can see the strings that are tied to me and you.

They are the illuminated, guardians of those who will not see.

They fight the puppet masters and battle to keep our wills free.

It is an ancient battle that rages still yet today.

The war of good versus evil, the one where all must play.

So, open your eyes and step forward into the light.

Help the illuminated in their never ending fight.

For those who seek the truth, illumination can be found.

All one must really do is look at whats around.

If we wake up from our slumber and enter into the fray,

we may break the yokes which bind us and find freedom yet today.

Below you will find brief descriptions of my other poems as well as links to them.. They mean the world to me perhaps you will find something in them that means something to you as well.

Here is some of my poetry... It is my hope that you will enjoy my works... I have a love and passion for writing, specifically poetry... The first poem is entitled "Bard's Tale????" and is a comedy satyr about a group of medieval adventurers out on a quest... It is long but very funny... The second poem is entitled "A legend reborn" and it is a poem I wrote several years ago while studying Arthurian legend in high school... It is about the return of Arthur.... The third is called "Reunited" and is about the reuniting of my mother and myself... We had been at odds for many years... The fourth poem is called "Like a dream" and is a love poem written for one of my past loves... Now, on to the fifth, it is entitled, "Childhood nightmare" and is the first I ever remember writing... I wrote it very young and it reflects my life as a child... It is perhaps the most heartfelt one I have ever written... I have included it because I wish to show that we can overcome our problems and prosper... The sixth is entitled, "Storm" and is about emotions and temptation... The seventh is "The sharing of sorrows" and is about the hurt we sometimes experience and how we deal with it... The eighth is called "The well traveled road" and is another of those very special poems... It is about my mom's battle with alcoholism... Number nine is called "The Descecration" and is a fantasy poem about dueling wizards but has an ageless message... Number ten is entitled "Friends" and is about a friend from high school that died and how it impacted me... "My own little space" is the title of number eleven and it is about experiencing nature's wonders... Twelve, is called "Thinking of you" and is another of my love poems... Lucky thirteen is called "A sorrowing majesty" and is about the Unicorn... Fourteen is called "Friendships" and is about the valuable gift of friends... Number fifteen is called "Trial and error" and is about our struggle with who we are...Next, would be number sixteen, called, "Never to late", it is about our life's struggle and that it is never to late to heal... Number seventeen is entitled, "Sunset at the beach" and is about just that... Number eighteen is, "Song of nature" and is about enjoying the pleasures that nature gives us... The next, is number nineteen and is entitled, "Playmates", and is paying deference  to having fun..."Inner Awareness", is the title of number twenty and is about inner discovery... Number twentyone is, "Expression", and is about love... Twentytwo, well, this is also a love poem, just use your own heart...It is called, "What If"... Number twentythree, "Beyond the fire" has special significence for it is the story of life after love lost... It is what could happen and does so frequently... I hope you all enjoy what you read...
