PEACHY SWEET POTATO
PROMENADE

| 3 (16 oz.) cans Louisiana
Yams |
3/4 cup broken cashew pieces |
| drained & cut into small pieces |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
| 1 (21 oz.) can peach pie filling |
1/3 cup brown sugar |
| 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches |

This is an excellent potluck or
Thanksgiving recipe. Make it in a matter of minutes. Serve as a side dish
or dessert. Layer half of yams and peaches in a
greased 9"x9" baking dish. Combine pie filling, sugar and ginger and arrange
half of mixture over yams and peaches. Sprinkle half of cashews over top.
Layer remaining peaches, pie filling and cashews. Bake at 350 degrees F.
(preheated) for 50 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serves 10 people or 8 "hungry"
