Ollie:
Put your back foot on the tail and your front foot about halfway up the board. Put some preasure down on the back causing the front to kind of flip but before it does, slide you front foot forward (the one that is in the middle) and push that down while sliding. If you can when you start out, try to put it in a crack in the sidewalk.
