Fool Proof Fudge
12 ounce bag Hershey's
Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 - 14 ounce can condensed milk
Dash Salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 tspn. vanilla extract
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with milk & salt.
Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly into wax paper lined - 8 or 9 inch square pan.
Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off waxed paper and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Store loosly covered at room temperture.
(I prefer mine be kept in the frig)
