WuWu's Tiger Shrimp
**This recipe is not for the weak
1 1/2 lb of shrimp
One bottle of tiger sauce
One large yellow squash- sliced thin
One large italian squash - sliced thin
1 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms - sliced thin
4-5 cloves of garlic - peeled and crushed
Linguini ( I use fresh spinage pasta)
Crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese
to taste
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 TB of butter
Peel and devain shrimp. Marinate shrimp in tigersauce at least 5 hours, over night works best. Boil water for pasta, add salt and oil. Pour remaining oil into wok. Stir fry garlic and veggies and mushrooms. Once soft to taste, remove veggies and mushrooms. Place shrimp in wok and cook till done (pink). Add oil if needed. Place cooked veggies and mushrooms back in wok with cooked shrimp.
Cook and drain pasta. Add butter to cooked linguini and toss. Add cooked pasta to veggies and combine. Serve with crushed red pepper and cheese. Want more Recipes ?
