Crab Cakes
Most of the recipes on this site have come from On-Line friends...
Well, this one is my favorite.
So give your taste buds a thrill and try it!
1 LB. Lump Crab Meat
2 Tbsp. Bisquick
2Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. Parsley
1 Egg
6 Shakes of Worchestsire Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients together and form into cakes.
These may be fried or broiled.
Fry in 3/4 cup oil on both sides
until golden brown.
Broil until crabcakes turn golden.
Now, dive in!
