Asian Beef Noodles
One pound of round tip steaks,
cut 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick
1 tblsp. vegetable oil
1 package (3oz) beef flavor
instant ramen noodles
1/4 cup steak sauce
1 medium carrot shredded
2 tblsp. chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
1. Stack beef steaks and cut
into 1" x 3" strips.
In bowl, combine beef and oil
and toss to coat.
2. Break noodles into 4 pieces
and reserve seasoning packet.
Cook noodles as package directs.
Drain
3. Heat large skillet over medium
high heat until hot,
stir-fry beef 1 minute or
until no longer pink.
Do not overcook.
Remove beef and keep warm.
4. In same skillet, combine
noodles, steak sauce, carrot,
green onion and reserved seasoning.
Cook over medium heat until hot,
stirring occasionally.
Return beef to skillet, mix lightly.
Sprinkle with peanuts.
