For a determination to be made as to the feasibility of providing funding for a particular project (domestic USA only), and to expedite the project review process, send to the e-mail address listed below a "snapshot" briefly/concisely outlining the project, to include the following:
1. Project name and location (city, state).
2. Brief overview of nature/type of project.
3. Amount of funding required.
4. Monetary amount principal(s) have in project (not "sweat equity").
5. If collateral (specify) and/or a guarantee will be provided.
6. List of applicable and available supporting documentation (Business Plan, Feasibility Study, Appraisals, etc.).
Upon receipt of the “snapshot", an e-mail response will be sent indicating if the respective project is of preliminary interest and, if so, what additional information is desired, such as the submission of a full Executive Summary. At the appropriate time a complete Business Plan and other relevant documentation, such a feasibility study, appraisals, full financial projections, etc., would be requested.Note: If an Executive Summary is requested, "complete" summary information is needed to make an appropriate decision as to whether to explore a project further for possible funding, and also precludes numerous subsequent requests for additional details. The Executive Summary should appropriately address the following categories, as applicable:
- Brief overview of project, including location (city/state)
- Amount and purpose of loan
- Company background / experience
- Project description
- Market / Competition / Marketing Plan
- Appraisals conducted/available
- Completion schedule
- Financial projections
- Summary of funding requirements and use of funds
- Principal(s) monetary contribution to project (not "sweat equity")
- Available collateral
- Guarantees available - corporate and/or personal
- Project principal(s) background / management experience
- Preferable financing terms (interest rate, length/term of loan, equity offered, interest/principal payment schedule, etc.)
- List of available documentation (Business Plan; Feasibility Study, Appraisals, Project Drawings/Plans, etc.)
Funding "Terms"
No upfront fees are assessed to review project data and perform preliminary due diligence in conjunction with considering a project for potential funding. The overall "terms" for funding a venture are predicated on many factors, including the nature and inherent risk of the project, amount of funding required, principal's monetary contribution to the venture, and collateral and/or guarantees backing the funding, etc. General terms can only be provided after receipt and review of all the applicable project documentation.
